The S.R. Brooks Company, Inc. (SRBC) is an accounting firm and is currently seeking a new member to join our client services team as an Accountant. This position is very dynamic and will require the individual to work on a variety of different clients and tasks at the same time. Responsibilities include general accounting work, month-end close, and financial statement preparation for our clients. We also provide audit support services for those clients who are required to have annual audits. This position does NOT require public accounting experience. Experience in a corporate accounting group (department) is equally, if not more, important.

Remote Work - for the first 90 days, this position will be required to work from our office during a transition period. After the transition period, we are open to a hybrid work arrangement.

SRBC was founded for the sole purpose of providing targeted, high-impact accounting and finance solutions to its clients. We are the internal accounting and finance department for our clients. We handle the day-to-day operations, month-end close and financial statements, important FP&A tasks, and managing various compliance areas.

Our professionals come with the requisite skills to meet the rigorous demands of our clients. The professional staff at SRBC have multi-dimensional backgrounds that include experience with the Big 4 public accounting firms, as well as functional industry experience working in corporate accounting groups for both private and public companies (e.g., CFO’s, Controllers, etc.).
