We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable dental office that is seeking an associate dentist. They have many established patients already as well as a healthy flow of new patients each month.

The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and state of the art equipment. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together.

General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but it is not required. The dentist can offer excellent mentoring and collaboration as well.

The office is located just 70 miles west of Albuquerque.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
