Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will support the coordination and execution of our diverse events, from creative campaigns to corporate functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and contribute to unique brand experiences. Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, schedules, and vendor management.
• Support event execution by ensuring all event materials, equipment, and personnel are in place.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure event success.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and on-site coordination.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of event spaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues to ensure smooth event flow.
• Provide post-event support, including reporting and feedback collection.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in event coordination or project management is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
