About the job: We are currently seeking Exhibit Designers to join our creative team. Partnering with our Client Services team and the Clients, our Exhibit Designers ensure our stake holders "Command the Floor" at regional, national and international tradeshows. In this role you are responsible for successful development, presentation and specifications for all exhibits serving existing and prospective clients. They work alongside account executives, engineers, project managers and other designers under the supervision of the Vice President Creative Strategy.   Productivity (60%) New concepts for new clients New concepts for existing clients Reconfigurations of existing properties for existing clients Communication (20%) Concept renderings and presentations Estimating packages for conceptual design Detailed specifications for approved designs Sample boards Collaboration with team members Discovery & presentation to client Quality Control and Maintenance (20%) Time management Work within client budgets Proficiency with software (3ds max & Inventor) Efficiency with all work flows Organization of ideas, visuals & files Design to WIN Core Competencies Creativity & problem solving Persuasive visualizations and presentations Dedication to making our clients’ exhibits more valuable Awareness of design trends Adaptability to change (new clients, stories, audiences) Education/Experience/Skill ~ Bachelor’s Degree in Design (exhibit design preferred) ~5-7 years of experience working in custom trade shows, museum, retail, theme park or themed interior or hospitality design ~ Autodesk Inventor, 3Ds Max, basic Photoshop   Company Description With over 40 years experience providing exhibit solutions, RES works with clients from around the world to design and build exhibits that stop customers — and potential customers — in their tracks.
