Corporate Finance Technology is seeking a high performing Senior Associate to support analytics, business strategy, and special projects. Our organization is aligned to Corporate Technology, which builds and operates the tools and systems that underpin our key corporate functions like Risk, Finance, Treasury, Compliance, Chief Administrative Office, etc. in support of multiple Operating Committee members. As the Senior Associate on the Corporate Technology Finance team, you will have responsibility of working with large data sets, from a variety of sources, to extract and synthesize meaningful conclusions to help steer strategic business decisions. You will also take those conclusions and shape them into presentations for senior technology and finance executives.You are a solutions-oriented mindset and ability to influence and navigate a matrixed organization. A proven track record of problem-solving skills and partnership through previous experience in Finance & Business Management, Business Strategy & Development, Program Management, and/or Business / Technology. You will effectively partner and communicate with the Corporate Technology Leadership team, Finance and Business Management leads, Project Management Offices, Procurement and Sourcing, Global Real Estate, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders and support teams.Job Responsibilities Take the lead on ad-hoc special project requests, meeting materials, delivery requirements, and monthly financial activities Understand and support the Corporate Technology Finance & Business Management tools, including the documentation of tool functions and interactions with other financial and data systems Develop deep understanding of Corporate Technology expense Profit & Loss and Profit & Loss management Monthly variance analysis leveraging your network to pursue necessary follow-ups Frequent communication / presentation to management Help lead standardization, process improvement, and automation across the team Partner with the Corporate Technology and Global Technology Finance & Business Management teams on: budget planning, monthly forecasting and reporting, investment lifecycle management, headcount planning and tracking, location strategy, vendor management, productivity tracking, monitoring expensesRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related field required 4+ years of experience in Financial Management, Business Management, or Program Management strongly preferred Ability to interpret complex data and communicate nuanced findings, in writing and verbally Ability to learn quickly, intellectual curiosity, and a hunger to grow and be challenged Grace under pressure and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Highly adaptable interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals at the senior level and peer level Experience communicating to senior audiences with ability to partner across teamsPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Advanced level ability in all Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) Project Management exposure#LI-Hybrid
