Description The Agent Assistant supports a team of high-performance Real Estate Sales Professionals in the daily management and coordination of their fast-paced transactions. Reporting to the Team's Lead Realtor and Branch Director, this position plays a critical role in the sales process by coordinating each transaction from listing to closing and supporting the Team's overall administrative and behind-the-scenes needs. The ideal candidate for this position will be experienced in project management, highly organized, and an expert in administrative functions and customer service. Additionally, this individual will have a genuine interest in the Real Estate market and the desire to join a highly motivated, goal-oriented team of Real Estate Sales Professionals.
Primary Functions: - Coordinate each transaction and the sales process for the Team from lead to closing by maintaining and updating transaction timelines, preparing forms, and maintaining files
- Maintain and manage the Team's listing inventory by entering new listings and revisions, uploading media onto listings, and order home warranties where applicable
- Gather necessary information and materials from clients needed to list units, as well as scheduling and coordinating showing times
- Acting as the Team's liaison with attorneys, lead generation services, marketing, and media outlets advertising our listings
- Supervise and track contracts to ensure an efficient and timely contract-to-close process
- Coordinate and track each Sales Professional's transactions and sales processes, providing administrative support as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to inbound leads in a time-sensitive manner, facilitating communications to and from Sales Professionals and customers
- Additional related duties as assigned
Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding ability to multi-task, prioritize workflow, and problem-solve
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and ability to work independently
- Proficient with current office technology including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, computers, desk/cell phones, fax machines, etc.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the Company's customer relationship management (SRM) systems
Education & Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required
- Real Estate industry experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 15 lbs.
- Valid Driver's License required
- Occasional travel may be required

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.00 per hour. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, classification, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
