We are a team of specialists serving real estate buyers, sellers, and investors in the area. We're looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service.

Goals: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, average of 5 homes shown before writing an offer.

Responsibilities

•Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc., so the process is done in a timely manner.
•Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets, which results in more sales.
•Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency's standards of client service.
•Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions.
•Coordinate with clients, listing agents, and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis.
•Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved.
•Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction.
•Refine buyer's criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary.

Qualifications

•Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision.
•Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving.
•Present yourself in a professional manner.
•Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
•Professional in attitude and appearance.

•A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
