Description


Responsible for performing a variety of complex clerical and financial work in the Circuit Court Clerk's Office. Assists with the sealing and/or expungement of case documents and images in conformance with statutory requirements. Supports the Clerk's Office by troubleshooting basic software and equipment issues. Manages all aspects of the Clerk's Office web page and social media platforms. Oversees and coordinates the dissemination of information on the Clerk's Office Website.

Minimum Qualifications


High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in secretarial or clerical work, or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Physical Demands


Must be physically able to operate a variety of general office machinery and equipment including typewriters, computer-driven data entry equipment, calculator, etc. The work is sedentary in nature.
