How will you make an impact in this role? Global Merchant Services, the merchant network of American Express, acquires and maintains relationships with millions of merchants around the world who welcome American Express-branded Cards. The Regional & Centralized Client Group (RCCG) is a team of ~250 colleagues who are dedicated to growing American Express acceptance relationships with over 20K merchants. RCCG contributes ~20% of annual U.S. merchant charge volume. RCCG is focused on driving revenue growth in B2B and B2C by establishing mutually beneficial, profitable, growing, and long-lasting relationships with merchant accounts. The Senior Manager of Strategic Operations & Business Analytics will lead a team of Sales Analysts to provide consistent, efficient, and actionable support for critical business processes in support of the field and phone client management teams. The incumbent will also serve as a PMO for initiatives that span all of RCCG (i.e.; Risk engagements, PCI compliance, Amex Offers, and more).
