Working Title: Athletic Student Assistant
Job Summary:
Student employees are an extremely vital part of the Athletics department. Students work in a variety of roles including but not limited to Game Operations, Marketing, Ticketing and Athletic Communications. Duties include but not limited to: Facility Set-up and Clean-up, Mopper, Ushers, Greeters, Ticket Scanners, Ticket Sales, In Game Promotions and Ball Retrievers, Visiting Team Host, Official/Referee Host, Broadcast, Video Production, Camera Operators, Photography, Table Staff/Stats, and Graphic and Motion Design.
All staff helps ensure safety and security of participants and spectators at home events.

Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be a student enrolled for credit. Applicants may be a student at UWF or any other college, university or high school. A student enrolled at an institution other than UWF must provide proof of attendance by submitting a registration/fee payment receipt from the school they will attend.
Must be available to work all home athletic events in the 2024-2025 Academic Calendar.
Position Qualifications: - Must display tactfulness in dealing with the public and be able to do so without supervision.
- Dependable and ability to follow-through with tasks.
- Must be able to handle emergency situations comfortably
- Must show commitment to the job and an understanding of the job responsibilities
- Possess and display attention to detail in his or her day-to-day work.
- A driver license is required to drive departmental golf carts and van for on campus errands.
- Flexibility and problem solving ability
- Have a desire to learn through a challenging hands-on experience
- Must be upbeat, motivated, and able to work as a team and possess good customer services skills.
