Overview:

The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization's technical positions. This remote-based role is essential in maintaining the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process, impacting the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical position requirements
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks)
  • Review and screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
  • Coordinate technical interviews and conduct detailed assessments of candidates' skills and competencies
  • Provide a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Manage candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network and build relationships
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies
  • Provide regular status updates to hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to streamlining and improving the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment
  • Offer insights and recommendations to identify and attract diverse talent
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports and metrics to management

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or IT recruiter
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical roles and requirements in the IT industry
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and competencies effectively
  • Familiarity with labor legislation and best recruitment practices
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of recruitment activities
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms to attract top technical talent
